ABRY scheme

The Govt. of India has announced the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojana (ABRY) scheme in which Government will be paying both Employees Share of 12% and Employers Share of 12% as subsidy. This scheme is valid till March 2022 and the benefits are applicable till March 2024. This scheme is applicable for New and already existing establishments.

  • Special attention to Death, Pension and Normal Settlements.

ESIC Act 1948

Regarding ESI after forming a proper Salary/Wage structure, we take care for the following

  • Online data entry of Employees in Web portal
  • Scanning Photo of Individuals/Family of the Insured Person to obtain ESI Ins No.
  • Online Temporary Identity Card (TIC)
  • Obtaining Permanent Identity Card (PIC) from concern Branch Office.
  • Interacting the Benefits with Employees and advising at their needy times.
  • Special attention to Accidental, Maternity & Hospital Claims etc.
  • To obtain Code for new registration within stipulated time.
  • New Registration of any kind of Establishment coverable as per ESIC Act.
  • Registering & Renewals for Digital Signatures Kit.
  • Keeping an Eagle Eye and updating Gazette Notifications, Acts & Amendments' time to time.

Inspector of Factories

Initially a newly started Factory should be covered under IF and must get Factory License depending upon the strength and HP. From day one we will be taking care in all aspects like Registration, Maintaining the records, Plan Approvals, Renewals etc. Submitting, all the required paper to concern Department within stipulated time.

Professional Tax Act

Registration of PT and Half Yearly submission of Returns will be taken care.
